Return Policy

We hope that you love your new purchase and while we strive to achieve a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we know that errors cannot be 100% avoided. If you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us at support[at] We will be happy to help make things right. Please read our return policy below before proceeding with a return request.

Ill Fits

As these are mostly printed on demand, we cannot accept returns based on incorrect sizes. Please refer to the size chart before ordering. Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. If in doubt, please contact us at support[at] or order a size larger.

Damaged Items

If you ever receive a damaged item (we pray that you never do), we will exchange it with a new one at no cost to you. This is very rare, but it can happen in the printing process where the printer does not catch the defect and the item is shipped. Please email to support[at] and we will work with you to make it right.

If you have received the correct item with no damages, we will not accept any exchanges or refunds as all the items are either custom made or printed.

For the fastest resolution, please include a picture showing the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future printing. There is no need to send the item back to us. Please keep it or donate to your local charities.


Awesome Dog Lovers will not accept requests for refunds due to the following reasons:

1) Non-delivery of the item due to an issue with the mail or courier service. If a tracking number is provided and it shows delivery, then you must file a claim with the mail or courier service.

2) If an order cancellation request is sent before the item is printed, the order may be cancelled and payment refunded. Once an item is printed, we cannot issue a refund.
