Why can't I find the designs I want?

No problem. Email your design idea to support[at] and if we use your idea, you may get a free shirt of your choice! :)

How long does printing usually take?

As majority of our products are print-on-demand, we aim to print and ship orders within 2-4 business days of the time the order is placed. In any case, we will do our best to be as quick and efficient as possible in getting your item out to you.

What brands do you use?

Our top quality apparel are from brands like Fruit Of The Loom, Bella+Canvas and Gildan to ensure our customers enjoy comfortable, fitting and durable products.

What is the fabric content?

You can view them at the sizing chart.

Do the shirts shrink?

Although the t-shirts are labeled as "preshrunk" cotton, there can still be some minor shrinking, particularly if you use the "volcano" setting on the dryer. Typically running the first wash in cold water and the delicate setting will help keep the sizing truer. As for hoodies, they tend to be a little sturdier. You might see a little shrinking right out of the dryer, but they will generally bounce back into shape after being worn for a bit.

Why is there a faint outline around my shirt design?

Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don't worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

How much will shipping cost?

The price is calculated based on your location and the weight of the package. Your best option is to assemble your order, go to checkout and it will show you the shipping fee for the package that you assembled. Shipping will be free for domestic USA orders of $50 and above and international orders of $100 and above!

How long does it take to ship?

Domestic USA shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email with the shipping address you provided which will contain the tracking information too.

How come I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

Kindly check your JUNK or SPAM folder to see if your order confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to locate your order, please send an email to support[at] and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I combine multiple items into one package?

Since we have different warehouses and fulfillment centers, we don't keep all our products in one place. You will probably receive one item type before the next. Please don't panic if you never receive all of your items at once. They have their own tracking information and will eventually get to you. The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers which means you enjoy tremendous cost savings!

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us at support[at] immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.

How do I return my shirt?

What if there is a mistake on my order?

It rarely happens, but we will strive to rectify the problem. If you receive the wrong item or there is a defect in any way, please email to support[at] and we will work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a picture of our error so we can verify your claim. There is no need to send the item back to us if it is damaged. Please keep it or donate to your local charities.

What payment options do you accept?

Our secure checkout system accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as payment options.

What should I do if my credit card has been refused when placing an order?

Please ensure that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is still refused, check with your bank or try another card.

Do you accept other currencies besides USD?

As our shipping providers, payment processors and majority of our suppliers only transact using USD, we can only accept USD currency. You can check out the current exchange rates here.
